In order to protect our clients and staff during this latest increase of COVID-19 transmission in the community, DACS has made the decision that all staff will be required to wear a mask whilst attending to client services.
Government advice is for older Australians to keep up their regular home care and health care. This is just as important as protecting themselves from coronavirus. To support you and those around you to make an informed decision, you can access accurate, evidence-based information on the Department of Health's website.
In addition, you may wish to seek advice or access information from The Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN), they also have a free call number operating from 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday and 10am - 4pm, Saturday on free call 1800 700 600.
